We provide professional, trauma-informed music therapy and art therapy across the North East of England, working flexibly to meet people where they are — both emotionally and physically.
Our therapists work with children, adults and older people in a range of settings, offering therapy that supports emotional wellbeing, communication, self-expression and connection. Sessions are always tailored to the individual or group, rather than following a fixed programme.
We offer private, individual music therapy and art therapy sessions. These can take place in your home or in a designated setting.
Sessions are shaped around the person, allowing space for expression, creativity and relationship-building in a supportive and contained way.
We regularly provide music therapy and art therapy in people’s homes across Newcastle, North and South Tyneside, Sunderland and surrounding areas, adapting sessions to suit each individual and environment.
We work with care homes and supported living services, offering music therapy and art therapy for older people, including those living with dementia.
Sessions may be delivered individually or in small groups and can support emotional wellbeing, social connection, identity and quality of life.
We provide therapy in schools and educational settings, supporting children and young people with a range of emotional, social and additional needs.
Work may be short- or long-term and is shaped in collaboration with the school, family and wider support network where appropriate.
Where appropriate, we offer music therapy and art therapy within hospital and healthcare environments, working sensitively alongside existing care teams and adapting sessions to meet clinical and emotional needs.
We also work with community organisations, charities and voluntary groups, developing therapy projects that respond to the needs of specific communities.
This may include pilot projects, short-term programmes or longer-term work, depending on funding and setting.
Everyone’s situation is different, and we recognise that it’s not always clear what type of therapy or setting might be most appropriate.
If you’d like to discuss your needs, explore options, or find out more about how we work, please get in touch. We’re happy to talk things through and see what would be the best fit.
